In my opinion, although its a little cheaper ...about $65 (all be it a gamble) with a Dell or other "branded" disk, it might not be worth the aggravation (in the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) MSDN subscriptions are specifically intended for professional software developers. I'd even be willing to bet you could buy it without buying any hardware which was supposed to be a no no as well.
