No, my laptop uses only 1 power cable. Several functions may not work. My laptop can record with Game capture at a perfect 60fps with no stutters at all (i'm only using game capture because I can't use display capture on my laptop)...
I've had SIMILAR symptoms before, back shortly after building the system, but they simply vanished for entire months at a time. If that is not the issue, then you may have to RMA your video card for repair or replacement. Will try this, but I've had more stuttering problems with vsync turned off in the past. if not then uninstall everything nvidia from "add remove programs" then install reinstall.
As for the disabling the integrated graphics, my laptop seems to have most of the additional settings of the BIOS locked. If LoL has a FPS cap (without Vsync) try turning off Vsync in the game, might work better. Will also try this again. Optimize Windows 10 For Gaming NVIDIA really needs to improve their drivers.

Sound & Audio BSOD after a few minutes (5 to 55 minutes) with Samsung SSD 840 EVOHi. Display capture, as mentioned previously. If it's overheating (which is possible as 110c is high). Display capture is the only capture method that will capture perfectly smooth, until around 10 minutes.
