I can imagine (barely) where Libraries might be useful in pulling together disparate links for a special project, such as files from My Documents, Web links, and files from My Pictures. A while later I found my file had been renamed to "My music.000" and the "My music" folder had yet again been recreated. I go in to the explorer and could not find it.
