When this happens the pc is either fully shut down (& i then boot selecting 'boot windows normally' option) or has rebooted to login screen automatically. In such cases, there is no memory dump saved. Sometimes I get a BSOD and other times the screen goes black and I have to restart. I have tried repairing Windows and updating all my drivers but I can't seem to fix it.
