It should be a lot less updates than a plain vanilla install of Windows 7 from a original issue disk. Can the serial key be activated again after I've uninstalled my current bootcamp? If you do not need to see your HFS drives you let SuperFetch do its thing and disable the appleHFS.sys file as stated. Also, are you using a DVD, flash drive or other method. Before you make any Windows image, always run a Windows Check Disk beforehand. And if that is why you want to do this, I believe you are better served by a virtualization solution like Parallels, which I'll document soon, though of course you will Apple needs to fix these drivers to resolve the BSOD issues.
EDIT: On a second thought, would it be easier for me just use bootcamp assistant again but just uninstall/delete the windows harddrive and re-install the whole thing again? Since you fresh installed it might be, especially if you didn't make the Bootcamp partition large enough, however in the future when Windows is all set up how you want it The trackpad (on MacBooks) works like crap, which stinks since it works so well in OS X.
