Regarding the recovery disk, Dell is your best option for replacement disks. After 6 months of this technical advance with the installation of Windows 8 Download and my laptop refusing to shut down thereafter,it took me only 2 minutes to untick the box All three times my computer was trashed and I had to pop in a Recovery Disk to restore my system (Windows 8), then upgrade to 8.1 or 10.
