But if that doesnt fix it im still at a loss but its still weird this never happened on windows 7 with the same hardware. Running Prime95 right now to see if its an issue with the processor, I don't think its a file system/windows issue, which is the main reason I have not posted this The one mentions the error is memory management, have you run MemTest86+ to see if you might have bad RAM sticks? Several functions may not work.
It appears that some of the Asrock board users are having BSODs as well with "Sata Aggressive Link...." enabled in BIOS. If desktop, what PSU do you have?
