I recall that there was some Word DOC/PDF confusion with downloads from Dropbox. (Screen shot attached) However, I don't know whether that is relevant. If I open the index file in Adobe Reader, and click a hyperlink, it is automatically opened in Internet Explorer?? The files will open with IE, but not Firefox.
