Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. If you don't have permission to access a file, folder, or external hard drive then it's typically because it was created by another user account and you're trying to access it. Suddenly just today, I do not have permission to save any kind of file from the web to my desktop. Windows 10 I had it set to automatically download and apply all updates.
As such it tends to be over-used, but as far as we know it causes little problems. If problem still exists try and take ownership of the application.
