Can we have you complete computer specs? Doesn't matter what mode I run it in, windowed, fullscreen, etc, it always switches properly. But i guess i will just stop playing csgo, my pc works without problem in everygame and everytime, except in csgo. And games never produce bsod during the playing.
It's not. It also does it sometimes when I close the game (Exiting normally) after I'm done with matchmaking. No idea how its for AMD switchable graphics though.

If its just the 1 8gb of ram, make sure its in slot 1 on your motherboard, and take it out and slot it back in :).

I looked the blue screen code(s) and the file causing the bsod and then googled how to fix it. It ususally sais something. So I always run games in a window, either Full Screen Windowed, Windowed Maximized or just regular windowed mode (if nothing else is available.)

So long story short - if I don't run in Windowed mode, I don't get high speed graphics. It's much lower level an anything Vista or above. It's not just pressing Alt+Tab that's a problem -- pressing the Windows key may do the same thing, as it takes you out of the game and back to the Windows
