Is there any danger updating motheroboard's BIOS or should i be carefull about anything??? I ran bluescreenview and it says the bsod is caused by ntoskrnl.exe for all the times the bsod has occurred.

The rest of the system (hardware) has been run 2 years without any issues. Whocrashed I am a bit of noob and i dont want to mess my pc...Also,how can i update BIOS?
